- orders usually ship within 5 -7 business days but can sometimes takes longer depending on the time of year

- everything we make is hand made & made to order 

- if you require faster shipping just get in touch with us before you place your order and we'll be happy to work it out

- colors may vary from time to time as sometimes a color of ink or paint will get discontinued and we are at the mercy of our suppliers

- all cards & prints are screen printed by hand

- all wood decorations & objects are either laser cut or hand cut and then painted by hand

- if there's an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to resolve it.  we do not offer returns, but there's always an exception like if something is damaged in transit.  we want you to love what you get but please remember that everything is made by hand - imperfections are part of the charm and reminds you human hands made it.
