- orders usually ship within 5 -7 business days

- everything we make is hand made & made to order 

- if you require faster shipping just get in touch with us before you place your order and we'll be happy to work it out

- colors may vary from time to time as sometimes a color of ink or paint will get discontinued and we are at the mercy of our suppliers

- all cards & prints are screen printed by hand

- all wood decorations & objects are either laser cut or hand cut and then painted by hand

- if there's an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to resolve it.  we generally do not offer returns, but there's always an exception to the rule.  and we want you to love what you get.
